I purchased this for a meal out with my husband and have fallen in love with the texture, shade and lasting power <3 How is it possible to formulate a lipstick that looks and feels like velvet, while gliding on the lips so easily? Lisa must have a hidden magic cauldron as in all my years of buying lipsticks I have never found anything like 'Velvet Duchess' before. I paired it with the Enhance and Define lip pencil (shade Duchess) and the match was perfect. My skin is very pale with a pinkish undertone. Needless to say this shade really stood out. I adore the vamp and romantic look and this dark wine lipstick is a winner if you want to make a statement. Please Lisa never discontinue this masterpiece as in my opinion it is on par with the Impressionist works of art!

I am going back to office after 12 months maternity leave within one week. Just made a dry run, wearing muse lipstick and going out with my family for dinner. Must say I love it! My husband rarely comments on my make ups, but I can see from his eyes the lip color drew his attention 🤣
It is deeper than my normal lipstick color, a little brownish tone, but definitely not an earth like color. Exactly the depth that I can hold. Fit a „wise and steady“ impression that I want to give.
Cannot wait to try out my next order of limited color for Xmas!

I received this and immediately tried it on. It's a matt lipstick but does not look completely matt. It is creamy and NOT drying. It's the perfect red!
