We want to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition and as soon as possible, great care is taken to pack each order in recyclable paper tissue and boxes.

You will be sent a confirmation email on receipt of your order, with a second email once your products are shipped containing your consignment and tracking number.

All orders that include etching will be shipped from our UK warehouse. For orders including etching, please allow 2 working days for the order to be shipped from our warehouse.

For all orders going to Italy, Spain and Netherlands which include etching, please allow for an additional 5 working days to clear customs.

Please reach out to our Customer Service team for any custom challenges and any for additional EU custom charges, we will reimburse those charges.

Returns

You have the right to return purchased Products for a refund within fourteen (14) days of you receiving the Products for any reason.

Please contact returns@lisaeldridge.com to return Products and state the reason for your return. The Products must be returned directly to us unused and in the condition sent to you with the original packaging including presentation, ring box and puff intact. You must enclose a copy of your proof of purchase with your returned Product.
