Makeup Shipping

Great care is taken to pack each makeup order in paper tissue and our own recyclable boxes.

You will be able to order from 16:00 (UK time) on Friday 15th of October. Orders will start dispatching from Monday the 18th, with all orders dispatched by Thursday 21st. 

You will be sent a confirmation email on receipt of your order. This will be followed up with a second email sent when your products are shipped to you containing your consignment information and tracking number.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We do ship to A.P.O./F.P.O. however they take longer to process on arrival.

Occasionally different products may ship from different locations and as a result may arrive separately. In this instance you will be contacted by the customer service team before items are dispatched to inform you of this. You will not be charged twice for delivery.

Your order may be placed on hold due to certain errors - for example a mistake in the address, or if your order has reached the order limit. If this occurs you will be promptly contacted by our customer service team to rectify these issues. If we do not hear back from you after two weeks, we have the right to cancel and refund your order.

Jewellery Shipping

Lisa has taken a lot of care and pride in how to pack and present her jewellery, to protect it on its journey to you and provide you with a beautiful collectable jewel box for the future. Each piece comes in a round vegan suede padded box in a variety of blush tones ranging from a delicate lilac, pink blush, eau de nil and a deep lavender. Each box is then packed in a monogrammed blush pink, delicate lilac, eau de nil or french navy outer gift box. Every box contains a ‘vintage rouge puff’ in a variety of colours, for polishing your stone – and for fun!

You will be sent a confirmation email on receipt of your order. Upon dispatch you, you will be sent a second email with your shipping tracking link.

Jewellery shipping is by a global recognised and insured courier - either FedEx (Priority) or DPD (Priority).

Orders placed after 1PM (UK time) won't be processed until the next working day.

United Kingdom - 3 working days*
Europe - 5 working days*
USA - 6 working days*
Rest of the world - 12 working days*

*These estimates exclude weekends and bank/public holidays.

Worldwide shipping is free on all jewellery orders, however on orders below £350 you may be liable to pay any of your country’s duties, taxes and customs charges. Duties and taxes on jewellery over £350 are paid by Lisa Eldridge with the exception of US State Tax.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of the jewellery.

 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible.

Beauty products can be returned using this link. We are able to accept the return of unused or gently used products for a full refund within 30 days of their purchase. We do not cover the cost of returning your products and advise using a tracked service to ensure a problem free return.

Sweatshirts can be returned using this link, within 30 days of purchase and all tags intact. We do not cover the cost of returning your products and advise using a tracked service to ensure a problem free return. To exchange your sweatshirt for a different size, please contact the team using our support form.

For jewellery we are able to accept the returns within 14 days of purchase ( except for earrings which are not returnable ) please email shop@lisaeldridge.com  stating the reason for your return. You will then be issued a returns label and courier information. You must enclose a copy of your proof of purchase with your returned product (the confirmation email).

If your package is visibly damaged on receipt please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.  If, once opened, your goods are faulty or damaged please contact us immediately using our support form for issues with beauty products or shop@lisaeldridge.com for jewellery.

We will process your refund within 5 days of the return to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may then take 4-7 business days to credit your account. If your original payment method has expired please contact us through our support form for issues with beauty refunds or shop@lisaeldridge.com for jewellery.
