An antique, tarnished, blackened gold with a multicoloured mix of glittering pearls, inspired by the sparkling threads of theatrical costume. Gives a beautiful, three dimensional, shaded and sculpted, look to the eye.

Lightweight and longwearing, with a lustrous, lid flattering finish and durable shine. Each of the seamlessly blendable shades contain a mirrorball blend of multicoloured pearls that dance across the lids - from subtly shimmering lustres to full-on firework sparkles.

Application

Apply Liquid Lurex directly to the eyelids with the applicator and blend out immediately with fingertips or a brush for a sparkling wash of colour. For more intense coverage apply a second layer for seamless full coverage disco drama. Liquid Lurex can also be used as an eyeliner either using a small liner brush or blended as a smoky line along the upper and lower lash line for a subtle flash of shimmering colour.

Once set the shadow dries to a completely smudge proof finish and will not move. Most skin types will not need to use primer underneath however, if you have very oily eyelids you can use your usual eye primer underneath as it will not affect the look or finish. When the party’s over, I would recommend using an oil-based makeup remover for easy removal. Screw cap on firmly after use, to prevent the product from drying out.

    Lovely wash of colour

    The first Anais shadow I received was not quite right - was incredibly light on the base pigment and overdosed on sparkles. Luckily, the LE customer team is wonderful and assisted me and sent me a replacement shadow, and WOW! The shade is so lovely and goes very well with my green eyes. Works well as a liner colour for a subtle pop or all over the lid for a gorgeous shimmer.

    Great everyday color

    Nice, easy eye shadow for everyday use. The tone is very neutral and muted, but you get just enough "pop" with the shimmer. I prefer to do a lighter wash for everyday, but if building up I would need to use a primer so it doesn't crease.
