Application
Apply Liquid Lurex directly to the eyelids with the applicator and blend out immediately with fingertips or a brush for a sparkling wash of colour. For more intense coverage apply a second layer for seamless full coverage disco drama. Liquid Lurex can also be used as an eyeliner either using a small liner brush or blended as a smoky line along the upper and lower lash line for a subtle flash of shimmering colour.
Once set the shadow dries to a completely smudge proof finish and will not move. Most skin types will not need to use primer underneath however, if you have very oily eyelids you can use your usual eye primer underneath as it will not affect the look or finish. When the party’s over, I would recommend using an oil-based makeup remover for easy removal. Screw cap on firmly after use, to prevent the product from drying out.

I don’t know what in the witchcraft this is, but the photo in this review is of my oily AF 37yo hooded crepey eyelid after wearing this shadow for 11 hours in Florida. I also have skin sensitivities and loads of eye makeup (especially liquids) irritate my lids or cause dermatitis, but this does not. It feels like wearing nothing—not sticky or scratchy. I’m sold.
