I ordered the Tint in T6. I was so excited but when I got it, it wasn’t the right colour for me. Entirely my fault, as I chose the colour without help. I was so disappointed !
But instead of just “punting” on a new colour and spending more money on a new one, I contacted customer service to ask them for help on the colour choice with a selfie of me.
The team were incredibly helpful, and advised the T6.5 as it’s warmer. And they were bang on ! Not only that, but they just sent me a replacement and asked that I give my other one to a make up charity or gift it onto someone else. I now know what shade I am and this is just a beautiful product.
I have to say, the journey from beginning to end from ordering, to packaging, to the product and customer service has been so refreshing and restores my faith in companies. Thank you so much Lisa & the Custome rservices team !

This is a holy grail for everyone suffering from foundation entering in the lines. The tint gives the most natural, glowing look. It is buildable and light-weight and most importantly, it doesn't accentuate the lines.

This shade is such a perfect shade match for my pale olive skin. I have dry mature skin and this together with pinpoint concealing is what makes me look healthy and I love it. I prefer medium coverage when I have to be somewhere formal, but for my everyday makeup this skin tint is IT. Am into my third bottle and I always keep a backup!
