For personal use, wash your brushes at least once a week in warm water using shampoo or brush soap. Gently swirl the brush angling the hairs downwards until all traces of makeup have been removed, then rinse. Prior to drying, gently tease the bristles back into shape. Then place a cloth or towel on the edge of a table and position the brushes with the bristles over the edge so they dry evenly all round. Only pack away once they are completely dry.

I had been putting off buying Lisa's brushes for so long because I found the price too steep for synthetic brushes, after all don't we all have too many of those at this pont? Yet after giving them a chance there's not a single one that hasn't impressed me.
- No2 is tiny: The handle is 9cm - but this doesn't take anything away from the experience, just makes it more travel friendly. It's supremely soft and dense and leaves a flawless finish behind.
- No7: I wasn't sure what I was supposed to use it for but cannot apply my makeup without it now. If you are a fan a Lisa's Patchwork technique there's no better brush to use. I apply a sheer layer of base all over with brush No2 and then comes the small but mighty No7 with concealer on targeted areas to add coverage. Genious.
- N08 and No9 are the perfect duo for the crease. The first is for more targeted applecation while the second blends everything out to perfection.
- N0 14 and No15 aka the pencil brushes are the best pencil brushes I have ever used. The former is smaller and blends eyeliner like nobody's business with practically no effort while the later is perfect to line or smoke out the lower lashline.
- No20 is a lovely lip brush with just the right shape and stiffness.
Overall I'd recommednd each and every one of them. I'm considering buying a second one of No2, No7 and No14.
