Application
Apply Liquid Lurex directly to the eyelids with the applicator and blend out immediately with fingertips or a brush for a sparkling wash of colour. For more intense coverage apply a second layer for seamless full coverage disco drama. Liquid Lurex can also be used as an eyeliner either using a small liner brush or blended as a smoky line along the upper and lower lash line for a subtle flash of shimmering colour.
Once set the shadow dries to a completely smudge proof finish and will not move. Most skin types will not need to use primer underneath however, if you have very oily eyelids you can use your usual eye primer underneath as it will not effect the look or finish. When the party’s over, I would recommend using an oil-based makeup remover for easy removal. Screw cap on firmly after use, to prevent the product from drying out.

This is a beautiful shade on me. I have worn this over Ione in the Liquid Silk eyeshadow and it is so flattering on my cool-toned complexion. The shade offers a touch of glam for a daytime look, and can be dialled up for an evening look.
I know the shade is popular because I checked the site every day for a few weeks in March and it was out of stock. I can see why people love this :)
I can imagine this range would be so thrillingly enriched with a bold green or blue (think Sorcery palette) or lilac / purple (in the vein of Prima Donna / Lavender Queen from the Betty eyeshadow palette).
