Initially when I first tried this, I was not sold. I found it to be too similar to EL DW or TIUW. They are great products that I’ve used professionally on people but not for me.
I think this foundation is great super long wearing, but if you have texture it requires a little bit of work. If you have a drier skin of a more textured skin I would probably recommend cutting it through with a tiny bit of elevated glow, or buffing on with a small fluffy brush and finish by tapping over the skin, or a dense flat brush and lightly stippling.
This works best over an emollient base, so think BB vitamin Rich Face Basse, Zelens Peptide Complex, most ones by French pharmacies that are fatty and heavy in lipids also work great.
I use shade 9.5 which of works for me around 40% of the year, if I’m honest I think it could be a little bit greener still? And certainly there needs to be something around shade 16 but greener. I understand that this an issue for most of us with heritage in the global south and if it may not be commercially viable to make greener foundations so I’d really suggest to Team Eldridge if anyone is reading this a true olive green additive or concealer when it’s launched just to help colour adjust would be brilliant. As like a lot of green people I could go from a 9.5 and and end up somewhere in the 20’s if I see any amount of sunshine.

Just had to buy another bottle of this gorgeous foundation. It perfectly matches my skintone and as I apply to freshly cleansed and moisturised skin, I find a little goes a long way providing good coverage, whilst leaving my skin v natural looking. Lasts all day.
