Application
Apply Liquid Lurex directly to the eyelids with the applicator and blend out immediately with fingertips or a brush for a sparkling wash of colour. For more intense coverage apply a second layer for seamless full coverage disco drama. Liquid Lurex can also be used as an eyeliner either using a small liner brush or blended as a smoky line along the upper and lower lash line for a subtle flash of shimmering colour.
Once set the shadow dries to a completely smudge proof finish and will not move. Most skin types will not need to use primer underneath however, if you have very oily eyelids you can use your usual eye primer underneath as it will not affect the look or finish. When the party’s over, I would recommend using an oil-based makeup remover for easy removal. Screw cap on firmly after use, to prevent the product from drying out.

If you want something more fun than just matt finish look, the Liquid Lurex Eyeshadow in Emily shade is great alternative. It does give you this wet eyelook, you can make it more intense by building it up. I used it together with Fawn palette as I wanted to define more my lower lashline and I was very pleased with my look. It was different but yet appropriate for the daily use. I used to own Maya in the past but I think it didin't look well on me as I have tendency to the redness on my face, but Emily is a perfect match. Feeling tempted to try other shades

Like the other liquid lurex shades, this is smooth, lasts really well, blends easily, and has a sophisticated shimmer. Cant fault the product, but the vibe is very similar to "Emily", which I prefer.
