INTRODUCTION

a. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and govern the Lisa Eldridge Pro Program (the “Pro Program”) promoted and operated by Lisa Eldridge Beauty Ltd and Lisa Eldridge Beauty Inc. (referred to collectively in these Terms as “we”, “us” and “our”). By signing up for the Lisa Eldridge Pro Program you confirm you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. You can find everything you need to know about us and the Pro Program on our website at https://www.lisaeldridge.com (the “Website”).

b. Other terms also apply to your use of our website and the Pro Program and we recommend you ensure you read and understand these before signing up for the Pro Program. By signing up to the Pro Program you confirm you have read and understood:

i. our Website T&Cs available at https://www.lisaeldridge.com/pages/terms-and-conditions; and

ii. our Privacy Policy available at https://www.lisaeldridge.com/pages/terms-and-conditions.

c. Please note these Terms and the Pro Program apply and are exclusive to Lisa Eldridge Beauty and do not apply to or include purchases on Lisa Eldridge Jewels or via third party sellers.

2. THE PRO PROGRAM

a. The Pro Program is only available online directly on the Website and cannot be used in store

b. To submit an application, you will be asked to provide personal information including an accurate ID and proof of your eligibility to be accepted into the Pro Program

c. Your application will be reviewed within 14 days of submission, and if successful you will be informed via email

d. Your membership lasts 12 months from the date of acceptance. Your membership, including all related discounts, benefits and rewards, will expire if 12 months have passed from this date

e. After your 12-month membership has expired, you are eligible to reapply for the Pro Program, but you will be required to undergo the application process in full. Previous memberships will not influence future applications

f. The Pro Program discount will only be issued to the email address that matches the successful application and cannot be shared, transferred or combined with another email address

g. Membership name must match the name on the payment card

h. The discount code can be used by applying it at the checkout stage on the Website. It can be used in conjunction with other selected discount codes. Lisa Eldridge reserves the right to modify these combinations at any time and for any reason.

i. Discount is off the listed price of the product, and is valid on select products, while stocks last.

j. Products purchased by Lisa Eldridge Pro Program members using their membership discount are for the member’s personal and professional use only may not be resold under any circumstances

k. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing product for resale purposes

l. Lisa Eldridge reserves the right to limit purchases and there is an annual limit of £5,000 post discount, if you exceed this limit the membership discount will no longer apply to the products

m. Lisa Eldridge reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all discount elements at their discretion.

n. Discount cannot be shared and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Discounted value will be the value of return of any item to which the discount was applied. Additional discounts and promotions will be calculated subsequently at checkout. Purchase quantities may be limited. Not redeemable for cash or credit.

o. We reserve the right to suspend or to terminate your Pro Program membership if in our sole discretion we consider that you have:

i. breached the Terms or the Website T&Cs;

ii. supplied false or misleading information; or

iii. acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, illegal, or offensive way to any other Account holder or to our staff.

3. APPLICATIONS

a. Professional identification must be current within the last 6 months and indicate your name and profession

b. Lisa Eldridge Pro Program reserves the right to require additional professional documentation and/or information at any time

i. In this scenario, you will be notified via email to the email address used in your application. You may be asked to reapply with the required additional documentation and/or information.

c. Proof of profession identification approval is subject to our discretion

d. Lisa Eldridge Pro Program reserves the right to reject your application for any reason

i. In this scenario, you will be notified via email to the email address used in your application.

e. All identification provided will be destroyed after:

i. An unsuccessful application

ii. Your membership has expired and you have not submitted a reapplication

f. By applying to the Pro Program you agree to having your application contact details added to our ecommerce platform to facilitate use of the Pro Program discount

i. You can request this deletion at any time, however, your Pro Program membership will be delisted and you will not be entitled to the Pro Program discount

4. CONTACT AND UPDATES

a. By joining the Pro Program you agree to us contacting you about the status of your application, and other important service updates regarding your Pro Program membership (such as how to access your exclusive discount). We process your data in accordance with applicable laws and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions.

b. By joining the Pro Program you have the option to agree to us contacting you by email with promotional offers, competitions, news, and other updates from us. We process your data in accordance with applicable laws and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions.

c. Applications are processed and managed using Jotform, our service provider and data processor for the Lisa Eldridge Pro Program. By signing up to the Pro Program you confirm you have read and understood Jotform’s privacy policy, our Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions.

5. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

a. We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes to our business, the details of the Pro Program, or changes in the law. Where these changes are significant we will endeavour to email you at the email address associated with your Account to inform you of such changes. However, it is your responsibility to regularly check these terms and conditions.

b. We may modify, amend, suspend or terminate the Pro Program at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. In such event, we will give you as much notice as we can and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts in connection with the suspension or termination of the Pro Program.

c. If a court invalidates some of these Terms, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these Terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.

d. These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by English law. Unless local law applicable to you requires otherwise, you and we each agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim which arises out of or in connection with these Terms. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
