lisa&me Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and govern the lisa&me loyalty program (the “Loyalty Program”) promoted and operated by Lisa Eldridge Beauty Ltd and Lisa Eldridge Beauty Inc. (referred to collectively in these Terms as “we”, “us” and “our”). By signing up for the Loyalty Program you confirm you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. You can find everything you need to know about us and the Loyalty Program on our website at https://www.lisaeldridge.com (the “Website”).

1.3. Other terms also apply to your use of our website and the Loyalty Program and we recommend you ensure you read and understand these before signing up for the Loyalty Program. By signing up to the Loyalty Program you confirm you have read and understood:

(a) our Website T&Cs available at https://www.lisaeldridge.com/pages/terms-and-conditions; and
(b) our Privacy Policy available at https://www.lisaeldridge.com/pages/privacy-policy.

1.4. Please note these Terms and the Loyalty Program apply and are exclusive to Lisa Eldridge Beauty and do not apply to or include purchases on Lisa Eldridge Jewels or via third party sellers.

2. THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

2.1. The Loyalty Program is only available online directly on the Website.

2.2. In order to participate in the Loyalty Program, you will need to create a customer account (“Account”) on the Website, after which you will be automatically added to the Loyalty Program. If you create an account on the Website you agree to join the Loyalty Program.

2.3. Once you have an Account, you will accumulate points in your Account when you make qualifying purchases online on the Website. You will need to be logged into your Account prior to completing your online purchase or you will not receive points automatically.

2.4. Points are calculated with reference to your order total in one transaction, excluding shipping costs. You will receive points equal to 5x your total transaction spend, rounded up to the nearest whole GBP. For example, if you spend £1.99 in a transaction, this is multiplied by 5 to give £9.95, which is rounded up to 10 points.

2.5. There is no limit to number of points you can accumulate in your Account. You can check your point balance at any time online in your Account.

2.6. For purchases in EUR, points will be calculated in respect of GBP conversion of your spend (based on the current conversion rate at time of purchase).

2.7. All points accumulated in your Account will expire if 12 months have passed from the last recorded purchase in your Account.

2.8. Your points from any given transaction may not be awarded for up to 14 days after the transaction was completed and they cannot be used to redeem rewards until they are awarded.

2.9. If you are given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the points awarded on the transaction will be removed or adjusted accordingly.

2.10. Points will only be awarded and accumulated after the launch of Loyalty Program and will not be awarded retrospectively.

2.11. Points will only be issued to the Account logged in to complete the transaction and cannot be transferred or combined with another Account.

3. REWARDS

3.1. You will be able to redeem 300 points in your Account for a 5% discount code for a later purchase. Once the points are redeemed, the discount code will be generated and shared with you. 

3.2. The discount code can be used by applying it at the checkout stage on the Website. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.

3.3. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash in any circumstances.

3.4. We may update the rewards available to exchange for points at any time at our sole discretion.

4. TIERS AND BENEFITS

4.1. The Loyalty Program has 3 tiers: Tier 1 (Amethyst), Tier 2 (Tourmaline) and Tier 3 (Emerald) (each a “Tier”).

4.2. Existing Accounts at the time of launch of the Loyalty Program will be assigned a tier based on their historic spend (starting 01.01.2019) as of 16th October 2023. New Accounts will be assigned Tier 1. 4.3. Points earned per amount spent (see clause 7.2) and rewards redeemable for points (see clause 7.5) applies to all tiers.

4.4. You may receive additional rewards (“Benefits”) depending on your Tier. Benefits will be provided subject to availability and may be subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be communicated to you.

4.5. We reserve the right to amend, add and remove Tiers and Benefits at our sole discretion at any time. We outline the current Tiers and Benefits at https://www.lisaeldridge.com/pages/rewards.

4.6. Your Tier will be assessed and updated annually on the anniversary of the date you entered your current loyalty tier and based on your total spend on the Website in the 12 months before the date of the assessment (“Spend Period”), as set out below:

Tier 1:

(a) New Accounts will automatically be added into Tier 1.
(b) Your Account will be in Tier 1 if you have spent less than GBP 120 on the Website in a Spend Period.
(c) New Accounts entering Tier 1 will be awarded a one-off 150 welcome points.

Tier 2:

(d) Your Account will reach Tier 2 at the next assessment date if you have spent a total of GBP 120 on the Website in the Spend Period.
(e) If you have spent GBP 120 or more, but less than GBP 250, within the Spend Period, your Account will be in Tier 2 for the next 12 months from the assessment date.
(f) If you have spent less than GBP 120 within the Spend Period, your Account will return to Tier 1 for the next 12 months from the assessment date.
(g) Existing Accounts entering Tier 2 at the launch of the Loyalty Program will be awarded a one-off 200 welcome points.

Tier 3:

(h) Your Account will reach Tier 3 if you have spent a total of GBP 250 on the Website in the Spend Period.
(i) If you spend GBP 250 or more within the Spend Period, your Account will remain in Tier 3 for the next 12 months from the assessment date.
(j) If you spend less than GBP 250 but GBP 120 or more within the Spend Period, your Account will revert Tier 2 for the next 12 months from the assessment date .
(k) If you spend less than 120 GBP in the Spend Period your Account will revert to Tier 1 for the next 12 months from the assessment date.

5. CONTACT AND UPDATES

5.1. You will receive regular email updates of your points and rewards balance. Account information will also only be available to members online by logging into the relevant Account.

5.2. If you think there is an error with your points you should contact us. We will correct any errors we determine from our records to have occurred and our decision on points allocation is final.

5.3. By joining the Loyalty Program you have the option to agree to us contacting you by email with promotional offers, competitions, news, and other updates from us. We process your data in accordance with applicable laws and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions.

6. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

6.1. We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of points in your Account.

6.2. We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes to our business, the details of the Loyalty Program, or changes in the law. Where these changes are significant we will endeavour to email you at the email address associated with your Account to inform you of such changes. However, it is your responsibility to regularly check these terms and conditions.

6.3. We reserve the right to suspend or to terminate your Account or adjust your point balance if in our sole discretion we consider that you have:

(a) breached the Terms or the Website T&Cs;
(b) supplied false or misleading information; or
(c) acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, illegal, or offensive way to any other Account holder or to our staff.

6.4. We may suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. In such event, we will give you as much notice as we can and we reserve the right to remove points and/or suspend or terminate Accounts in connection with the suspension or termination of the Loyalty Program.

6.5. If a court invalidates some of these Terms, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these Terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.

6.6. These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by English law. Unless local law applicable to you requires otherwise, you and we each agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim which arises out of or in connection with these Terms. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
