how to use

  1. For maximum staying power, start by applying a lip pencil, like Sculpt & Shade Lip Pencil, in a matching tone all over your lips. This creates a base stain.
  2. Using a lip brush – Lisa’s No. 20 Lip Brush is perfect – apply your shade of Rouge Experience in thin layers. 
  3. Take your time to press it into the lips. The goal is to create an indelible stain that lasts. 
  4. Finish by redefining the lip line with pencil to sculpt, emphasise and enhance your natural shape, creating a polished, sculpted lip look with true longevity.

    My absolute favourite day-to-day

    I had some fantastic help from Lisa's fab customer service team and this colour was recommended to me.....I was a bit unsure, but now I am delighted I trusted them. It is the perfect natural shade for my skin and I use it for cheeks, touch on the eyes, sun-kissed nose and of course lips.

    Perfect shade for my cool light medium Olive skin tone!

    The best red ever!

    This is second color in this Rouge Experience- the Ribbon red color. It’s divine. I’m a light/medium olive (T6.5 and the 11 in the foundation) and generally wear pretty muted berry and mauve shades- so this isn’t an everyday shade for me. That said- I’ll be wearing this because it’s gorgeous and I wanted a good red as an act of resistance - hailing back to the 40s for some inspiration. I can see this working for many skin tones- it’s cooler but not in any way pink or fuchsia- it’s a true cool red and so flattering. The formula is gorgeous- and I found I could lightly dab it on for a slight stain or build it up. I paired it with 3c liner and loved that look. 3c is actually pretty close to my lip tone- just a hair deeper.

    The other color I have from this formula is Medici and it’s a go to every day shade for me.

    The case is gorgeous too-and heavy! And the lid has a satisfying click going on. Switching out the colors is not difficult- and even the refills are beautiful. That case though- it’s stunning. I ended up possibly with someone else’s initials on mine? Not a big deal- but I’m not S.S. 🤣

    Put this on even with my sweatshirt because I couldn’t wait as soon as the mail arrived today.

    Gorgeous colour

    Great spring pink lipstick!

    A beautiful pink lipstick with a hint of luminosity. So pretty for spring!

    One suggestion to offer: it would be great if there was some labeling of the lip color on the refillable tube. I’m all for the refillable but I now have a few of this formulation of lipstick and there’s no way to confirm the color. Thanks!
