how to use

  1. Apply before or after your shade of True Velvet Lip Colour. 
  2. Use small, gentle back-and-forth strokes to perfect your shape and create the definition and sharpness you require.
  3. To further extend the wear of your lipstick you can also fill the lips in completely with the pencil before lipstick application. 

When you’re ready to remove your lip liner, use an oil-based cleanser like Skin Enhancing Treatment Balm Cleanser.

    This liner is such a pretty color. It goes on easily without skipping, and it lasts. It is a shade that goes well with a range of different reds and pinks and purples. I love it.
