Apply a couple of small dots of the product directly on to clean skin after moisturising. Blend and smooth a thin layer into skin using either fingers or a brush and then continue with your makeup routine. For additional glow and shine, add more once your makeup is finished. Apply to high points of the face: the top of cheekbones, apples of cheek, a touch above the eyebrows, bridge of nose, cupids bow and anywhere else you want to catch the light.

Oat Kernel Extract
Renowned for its moisturising and softening properties, which provide anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and protective benefits.
Glycerin and Caprylyl Glycol
A great mix of water-loving ingredients that draw moisture into the skin (epidermis), keeping it strong, soft and supple. Although first discovered in the 18th Century, Glycerin is still considered the gold standard of moisturising ingredients and is the reference to which all humectants are compared.

I am using this highlighter to mix with the lipstick du jour to create a matching blush to what I put on my lips. And it works wonderfully for this purpose. But alone (not mixed with lipstick) it creates a hint of glow that is subtle but makes a difference. I will likely purchase a second shade to play with, but the Crystal Nebula is perfect for my primary purpose of a base for a custom blush color.
