how to use

  1. For maximum staying power, start by applying a lip pencil, like Sculpt & Shade Lip Pencil, in a matching tone all over your lips. This creates a base stain.
  2. Using a lip brush – Lisa’s No. 20 Lip Brush is perfect – apply your shade of Rouge Experience in thin layers. 
  3. Take your time to press it into the lips. The goal is to create an indelible stain that lasts. 
  4. Finish by redefining the lip line with pencil to sculpt, emphasise and enhance your natural shape, creating a polished, sculpted lip look with true longevity.

    Holy Grail, My-lips-but-better lippy

    I rarely write reviews but this lipstick is so beautiful, I had to leave a rave. Everything about it is so well designed and thought out from the packaging to the formula to this mysterious shade! I first tried it on my wrist at a SpaceNK but it looked too warm-toned. I'm so glad I gave it another try ordering from the LE website. I think the lighting in the shop was off, but I also think this colour needs to be worn to understand how it will actually look. This formula blends so well with my natural lip colour--even though it wears like a semi-matte, which I love. It fades beautifully over several hours and is so easy to wear. I have only recently been trying Lisa Eldridge makeup, and this is an absolute standout in my growing collection!

    One of the best

    This is my second purchase for the Rouge Experience Refillable Lipstick. The Lipstick container is very hefty and feels built to last and keep your lipstick safe. The formula itself glides on wonderfully on the lips, and works well on the cheeks too. As the shine fades, the lovely lip colour remains on the lip. I love to apply this one of two ways. The first style of application, I like to apply directly onto my lips. The second style of application is to "pat" it on the lips, and lightly use my ring finger to buff the shade for a softer, more "just bitten" look of colour on the lip. Enjoy!

    Beautiful, vibrant. Fabulous texture - pairs beautifully with 1C lipliner. Unfortunately, the color wasn't for me. I absolutely love the color, it just didn't look great on me.
