This really is a whitened pastel - it goes onto the skin as pictured in the promo pics. It’s colorful but not bold imo.
Application is precise - I do a full around circle across the entire eye and a bit of a thickened shape on the outer corner . Some very thinly applied burnt umber on the other corner strictly close to the lashes . Black mascara being careful
Not to get any on the lid close to the lash line because I don’t want any liner effect.

I debated whether to get the Lilac Time Seamless Glide Eye Pencil even though I love the LE eye pencils, and I was planning to get the other two new colors. But I am so glad I did! From the first time I tried it I found interesting ways to make it enhance the lavender look I was going for without looking overly done or like a teenager was applying it! I have used it on top of a more subdued eye liner color, and as an eye shadow when smudged immediately after drawing a thickish line. I've used it so often that I need to buy a couple more to have on hand as this one will be used up soon. As always, it goes on like a dream and lasts all day. I should have trusted you on this color from the start, Lisa!
