I previously wrote a review about one of the special edition refillable lipsticks I purchased at Christmas and expressed my disappointment. I did not ask for a refund or exchange. To my surprise, I was contacted by customer service who offered to send another color they thought would better match what I was looking for. They send me, free of charge the color Ribbon.
That color is just what I was hoping to get when I ordered the other lipstick.
Ribbon is a gorgeous, classic, blue based red.
I LOVE it.
The lipstick is very moisturizing and feather light. You do not feel it on your lips. It is not the most long wearing formula but the color is really really gorgeous. Thank you Lisa for turning my disappointing purchase into a gem!

This color is a beautiful pop that brightens up the face. Formula is solid and of course the packaging is to die for.

This is such a great concept for a lipstick - I now have several shades that I can switch between. The formula is great as well, almost like something in between a tinted lip balm and traditional lipstick (can even be applied without looking in a mirror), and doesn't fade in a patchy way. This shade (toasted) is also really unique - very cool toned but without any pink hue.
