Honestly, I was on the fence about this color when I first got it, but it has grown on me, and I have come to LOVE this color. It is a lovely, cool toned mauve that is a bit darker than my lip color, so it wears like a nude on me, just a little more intense. It is a sophisticated, every day shade that brightens up my whole face. It works well on its own, and also looks great with Kensington Plum as a topper.
I splurged and bought it with the refillable component, which is so beautiful, so elegant, and feels weighty and wonderful in the hand. I am looking forward to getting some additional shades in the Rouge Experience line!

I purchased toasted Rouge Experience Refillable lipstick as a gift to my best friend Vicky for her birthday. The colour is amazing on her and she was so satisfied with the inscription of her initials on the case.
However, having used the Rouge Experience Refillable Lipstick on my own (colours Medici and Lisa) I have to say that it is probably the best formula I have tried.
