“This is a brand-new formula for me. The texture almost feels like liquid as you apply it from the bullet. It’s super pigmented, and saturated with tiny, multicoloured pearls – but because they’re so fine, they become completely integrated into the formula rather than sitting on top of the colour. 1. Start or finish with a lip liner (optional), Duchess is great for Ruby, and Sculpt and Shade works perfectly with both.
2. Apply Mimetic Pearl straight from the bullet for saturated colour in one swipe or use Lisa’s No. 20 Lip Brush. The brush will also help correcting the shape, as well as application.
