How to Use

You only need a small amount to allow this cleanser to work its magic

Squeeze a blueberry size amount of the balm onto dry hands and apply directly onto dry skin, which will comfortably spread evenly over the face, and massage to melt your makeup.
After around 25 or 30 seconds of massaging into the skin, the balm will become an oil. Facial massage is an integral part of skincare - Lisa really encourages you to take that extra time to invest in your skin and yourself!
Add warm water with fingertips to wet your face slightly. The oil will turn into a soft, milky emulsion.
You can then remove with a dampened (in comfortably warm water) Luxuriously Gentle Cleansing & Exfoliating Cloth.
Leave as is, or if you prefer, finish with a splash of water, for a fresh finish.

To use as a treatment - either for facial massage or as a skin nourishing mask

Apply to clean dry skin and conduct a facial massage, or if you have time, leave on as a skin nourishing mask for anything from 2 (Lisa leaves on the mask every evening whilst she brushes her teeth!) to 20 minutes.

Safe for use around the eye area. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse away with water.

I love it!
I love Lisa's products but wasn't planning on buying this because it is much more than I usually pay for skin cleanser, however I was very impressed when I tried the sample and bought one to try. I am hooked. I have very dry skin due to a medical condition and this cleanser continues to improve the condition of my skin. I actually use it on other areas of my body when it gets irritated. If Lisa wants to branch out into body care I would be first in line! Thank you for a very fine product.

This really does clean make up off well.
This really does clean make up off well. I'm still getting used to using just 1 product and it needing so little effort to cleanse really thoroughly. I also found the consistency a little sticky but not unpleasant. I'm taking a tube away on holiday with me next week instead of my usual cleanser/micellar/moisturiser and am pretty confident it will do it's job excellently.

This has become my HG cleanser
Yes, this cleanser is pricey, but since I use it as a 3-in-1, I think it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. I keep my skincare regimen quite minimal (2 products for morning, 3-4 products at night), which means I need a cleanser that has more than one function and does it jobs WELL.
I am a sucker for a good balm or oil cleanser - and I genuinely love the way this cleanser spreads out so well over the skin and gently removes all makeup in one step - I leave it on at night for a few minutes as my massage oil/mask for my gua sha. Then I gently wash away all traces of makeup and sunscreen and my skin feels super hydrated but also very clean. It means my moisturizer doesn't need to work as hard for my (quite) dry skin.
Cleansing has always been my favorite skincare step and is quite possibly the most important step before applying all those lotions and potions! Added bonus: I think this formula is also biodegradable, from what I was able to research about the ingredients. I also think it's fantastic that Lisa put this in a TSA-friendly quantity AND that a little goes a long way (200 blueberry-sized doses!). I have the oddest obsession with trying to figure out how much of each skincare product I need to buy per year :P.
One caveat- I do use a tubing mascara some days. Depending on the tubing mascara- this may end up leaving some black streaks that are not the easiest to wash off... but this is still probably the best cleanser I've tried. I'm not sure if this happens with all…

Lovely Cleanser
I find this cleanser fantastic, especially if my skin is feeling dull after wearing makeup all day. It leaves my skin feeling soft and not oily. I have combination skin with rosacea and was nervous but I got a sample and loved it so I bought one.

My Favorite Cleanser
Feels like such a treat to use this cleanser. Gentle yet very effective at taking off SPF/FOUNDATION. I use it to massage my face and sometimes use as a treatment. I always have extra on hand.
