Product and Shade Description

The ultimate, luxurious ‘one and done’, nuanced natural liquid eyeshadow and a lid-smoothing, soft focus, matte finish and a silky, hydrating texture, for elevated eyes in seconds.

Liquid Silk is vegan and contains no talc, cyclic silicones (D4/D5/D6), microplastics, fragrance, mineral oils, nylon or parabens

HOW TO USE

Effortless to apply and very pigmented, Lisa recommends starting with two swipes or dots, applied with the applicator and blended out immediately - with either your fingers or a brush - for an even wash of colour.

Once you get used to the formula you can adjust the amount you use depending on your desired level of depth and intensity.

It's best not to apply Liquid Silks on top of rich moisturisers, oils or greasy eye creams as this may compromise the setting, smoothing and staying power of the formula. You can use your usual eye primer underneath if you prefer, although it's not essential to be able to achieve the soft focus, matte finish.

For easy removal, Lisa recommends taking off with a good oil-based remover or the Skin Enhancing Treatment Cleanser.

How To Use

Lisa's Application Tips

Apply Liquid Silk directly to clean, dry eyelids as applying the product on top of rich moisturisers and eye creams will compromise the setting, smoothing, and staying power of the formula.

    Beyond perfect for cool-toned people

    I am genuinely too lazy to write reviews 99% of the time. I have lots of Lisa’s products as a long-time fan, and I adore many of them. Still, I don’t really bother to write reviews. This is different. I am a cool winter and most neutrals or supposedly cool-toned shades pull very warm on me. “Cool taupes” look super brown; grays look very earthy and (yep) brown. And “neutral” browns look like burnt sienna orange. Not Maude. No. This is actually grey on me, with just a whisper of lilac or lavender. But you can’t even really tell. My eye colour (blue) also looks so nice with this shade! And I spent all my life before getting a colour analysis wearing warm shades and thinking that because my eyes were blue, I ought to wear warm browns and coppers to make them “pop.” Now I know why something always looked off. This shade has fully convinced me that cool-toned people need to embrace shades with purple in them. Because it looks neutral! It also helps that the formula is really lovely; easy to blend and easy to wear sheer or to build up. I find it lasts all day without creasing. Okay, rant over, but please do give this a try if you are also struggling with eyeshadow pulling warm no matter what. Maude just might change your life!!!
