Thos is the first mascara I have ever used that:

•hasn't irritated my eyes, on application (I usually feel an initial burning sensation with most or throughout the day, due to flaking zero flaking so zero eye sting). To have no sensitivity to a mascara is incredible.

• has kept a curl in my lash. (That never happens... I guess it's the lightness of the formula). It perfectly coats eye lash without clumping... so natural.

• The colour ♡ I feel like it would complement most people, but I just love it on my autumn colouring. It doesn't swamp my eye with unnatural colour.

I can't believe I'm finally wearing mascara most days... it used to be a very special occasion situation (grin and bear it so I could look 'made-up'/open up small eyes/enhance short eyelases).

Well, I know what took me so long - I have a small stash of about 5 mascaras I needed to use before buying more but I could not resist any longer. My suspicions about Burnt Umber were correct.. it makes blue eyes come alive. Perfect for the daytime when I do not want a cosmetic look but I do not want to look bland or washed out either. It is the best of both worlds - natural looking but amplifies eye color at the same time. The red undertone is very pronounced on the website and on the wand IRL, but on the lashes I do not see the red color at all. It is just a lovely warm brown, which is so hard to find. I can see this working equally well for all eye shades as it is not the traditional brown color we are used to. Genius formulation, Lisa! Bravo!

I pair it with the eyeliner in the same shade. Such a great color.
