Enhance and Define Lip Pencil in Ribbon – A touch deeper in intensity than Velvet Ribbon, for instant and effortless definition.

Luxury, long-wearing lip liner to perfect and define lips, in a smooth, waterproof and smudge-proof, gel formula. 

True Velvet is free from Parabens, Talc, Gluten, Fragrance, D6, and D5.

Enhance and Define is free from Parabens, Talc, Fragrance, D6, and D5.

    The quintessential red lip

    Bought this to wear for the holidays and am loving it! Being olive complected, I was torn between velvet ribbon and velvet dragon; I do wish I bought both to be honest. Velvet ribbon is the quintessential, classic, timeless red lip. The texture is gorgeous and the staying power is magnificent.

    Ribbon for always my favorite red

    I love this color red

    It feels light and Smooth on my lips and stays on my lips for a long time.
