Surprising absolutely no one at this point, Lisa's customer service team went above and beyond to make sure my grandma's gift was perfect! As a lover of the now-discontinued Dance Card, she wanted a gloss that would be pigmented enough to give her the same warm glow. While I initially chose Affair, it was the Go Lightly gloss that I should have gone with. Lisa's team worked with me to make sure she received it quickly. I truly don't know how they do it, but Lisa's crew handles everything that comes their way with a grace and professionalism I've never encountered anywhere else. While I understand this is an independently-owned brand, that doesn't mean they don't receive many, many orders each day; yet, you still feel like you're their only customer.
