We want you to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition and as soon as possible. We have improved the level of service and updated the shipping plan to offer Free Standard delivery in the UK and US. We have improved and updated levels of service and traceability for Canada, Europe and the Rest of the world.

For the Velvet Restock all pre-orders received will be prepared and packed ahead of the launch on the 29th - so that the orders of anyone who pre-ordered go out first on that day.

Orders after 4pm wont be processed until the next business day.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

We do ship to A.P.O./F.P.O. however they make longer to process on arrival.

Different products may ship from different locations and as a result may arrive separately. You will not be charged twice for delivery.

You will be sent a confirmation email on receipt of your order and a second email with consignment information and tracking number when your products are shipped to you.

Please be aware that in some countries you will be liable for taxes, levies, imports, duties, fees or charges of a similar nature associated with your order.

Unfortunately I'm currently unable to ship to Brazil, Turkey or Russia - where Russian Customs authority regulations stipulate parcels can only be sent to registered business addresses and must be for commercial purposes.

Due to customs delays on Standard Delivery, we currently only offer Express Delivery to Canada.

In the UAE, Standard Delivery will need to be collected from Post Office / Depots. Express DHL Service will attempt first drop to addressee.

Jewellery Shipping

Jewellery shipping is FREE worldwide.

Duties and taxes on jewellery are paid by me with the exception of US State Tax .

You will be sent a confirmation email on receipt of your order and a second email with consignment information and tracking number when the jewellery is shipped to you.


Jewellery shipping is by a global recognised and insured courier - either FedEx (Priority) or DPD (Next Day).

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United Kingdom - 2 business days
Europe - 4 business days
USA - 5 business days
Rest of the world - 10 business days

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible.

Lipsticks returns can be returned using this link. We are able to accept the return of unused or gently used lipsticks for a full refund within 30 days of their purchase.

For jewellery returns, please email support@lisaeldridge.com to request a return form and state the reason for your return. You will then be issued a returns form and courier information. You must enclose a copy of your proof of purchase with your returned product (the confirmation email).

We will process your refund with 5 days of the return to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take 4-7 business day to credit. Please note you will need to email us at support@lisaeldridge.com if your original payment method has expired to make alternate arrangements.

We will supply a VAT receipt upon request. Please email us at support@lisaeldridge.com with your request.

Faulty Goods

If your package is visibly damaged on receipt please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.

If once opened, your goods are faulty or damaged please contact us at support@lisaeldridge.com.
