We do ship to A.P.O./F.P.O. however they take longer to process on arrival.
If you live in the USA, your orders will be shipped from the USA. All other orders will be shipped from the UK. Occasionally due to stock management levels, different products may ship from different locations and as a result may arrive separately. In this instance you will be contacted by the customer service team and you will not be charged twice for delivery.
You will be sent a confirmation email on receipt of your order and a second email with consignment information and tracking number when your products are shipped.
Unfortunately I'm currently unable to ship to Mexico, Brazil, Turkey or Russia.
Your order may be placed on hold due to certain errors - for example a bad address, or if your order has reached the order limit. If this occurs you will be promptly contacted by our customer service team on how to rectify these issues. If we do not hear back from you after two weeks, we have the right to cancel and refund your order.
Worldwide shipping is free on all jewellery orders, however on orders below the value of £350 you will be liable to pay any of your countries duties, taxes and customs charges.
Duties and taxes on jewellery over £350 are paid by me with the exception of US State Tax.

Jewellery shipping is by a global recognised and insured courier - either FedEx (Priority) or DPD (Next Day).
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Europe - 4 business days
USA - 5 business days
Rest of the world - 10 business days

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible.
Lipsticks returns can be returned using this link. We are able to accept the return of unused or gently used lipsticks for a full refund within 30 days of their purchase. We do not cover the cost of returning your lipstick and advise returning on a tracked service to ensure a problem return.
For jewellery returns, please email email@example.com to request a return form and state the reason for your return. You will then be issued a returns form and courier information. You must enclose a copy of your proof of purchase with your returned product (the confirmation email).
We will process your refund with 5 days of the return to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take 4-7 business day to credit. Please note you will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your original payment method has expired to make alternate arrangements.
If your package is visibly damaged on receipt please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.
If once opened, your goods are faulty or damaged please contact us at email@example.com.
