Terms and Conditions 

 

1. Winners will receive one of the gifts as listed under my YouTube video

2. No cash alternative

3. Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer and are non-transferable

4. Lisa Eldridge reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize as necessary due to circumstances outside its control 

5. Employees of Lisa Eldridge or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition

6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition

7. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via this page

8. Closing date for entry will be 29th of November 2024at 11:59 PM GMT. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

10. The winner will be notified privately via their Instagram account from Lisa’s official Instagram account (lisaeldridgemakeup). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Winners will be announced on Friday the 6th of December 2024.

11. The prize will be posted to the address given.

12. Lisa Eldridge’s decision with respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

 

15. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
