With this in mind, I’m excited to announce the launch of my new loyalty program - lisa&me! When you become a member, you can earn points as you spend and redeem them for rewards, and move through tiers to access exclusive and exciting benefits (such as access to private sales and birthday points!) All you have to do to become part of lisa&me is to create an account account for free. I’m so excited for this next chapter with you... here’s to creating many more makeup memories!”
What are the lisa&me rewards?
As you earn points, you can redeem these for a 5% discount reward. Members signed up to lisa&me can enjoy a 5% discount for every 300 points they earn and redeem. The more points you earn, the more rewards you’ll be able to redeem!
What are the lisa&me tiers and benefits?
As you continue to earn points and purchase with Lisa Eldridge online, you will move through the lisa&me tiers (Amethyst, Tourmaline and Emerald). Each tier holds access to exclusive and exciting benefits! Tiers, and the benefits they unlock, are dependent on your spend online with Lisa Eldridge. How do I join lisa&me?
It’s simple: Create an account online and join for free. There is no required spend to join.
Who is eligible to join?
Our loyalty program is open to all customers internationally. Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled, and you can view your rewards hub by visiting: www.lisaeldridge.com/pages/rewards
I am already in a tier when I signed up on launch day, how does this work?
It is really important to Lisa, when launching lisa&me, to acknowledge and thank all those who have previously chosen and purchased a Lisa Eldridge product online. The tier you start in depends on whether you have purchased with Lisa Eldridge online before - retrospective purchases are taken into consideration when determining what tier you start in.
How do points work?
Every time you spend, you will earn points. You will earn 5 points for every $1 spent (purchases is EUR will receive 5 points at the equivalent to £1 based on the conversion rate). You can also earn extra points by completing certain activities, such as following Lisa’s social media accounts. Visit your account to discover other ways to earn points. Points expire 12 months after your most recent purchase. Once you earn 300 points, you can redeem these for a 5% discount at any time within that 12 month period. However, your 5% discount reward expires 6 months from the time it was redeemed.
How are points calculated?
Points are calculated by the order total, (excluding shipping).
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No! Go ahead and earn as many as you can.
How can I redeem rewards for my points?
You can redeem rewards for your points in your account. 300 points is redeemable for a 5% discount code on a future purchase. Once you use points to redeem the 5% discount reward in your account, you have 6 months from the time it was redeemed before it expires.
Will I still earn points if I use a discount code?
Yes! Points are calculated by the order total, (excluding shipping) after the discount is applied.
Can I earn points on my previous purchases?
Unfortunately not. All points are awarded after the launch of the Lisa & Me loyalty program. However, although we’re not awarding points based on previous purchases, we are, upon launch, added customers into their correct tier based on their previous purchases.
Can I earn points without purchasing?
Absolutely! You can earn points by creating an account, and following Lisa’s social media accounts or (depending on your tier) on your birthday. However, to move up a tier and for additional benefits, you do need to shop online as tiers and their benefits are determined by spend.
Do I have to give you my date of birth to receive birthday points?
To receive your birthday points, you do have to enter your date of birthday in your account. This includes inputting a year. However, we’re aware not everyone is comfortable sharing their full date of birth, so feel free to choose the year Lisa first launched her Youtube Channel: 2011! You will still receive points on your birthday - this benefit is unlocked from Tier Tourmaline.
Will I still earn points if I’m not logged in?
We encourage customers with an account to login, so we can properly award you points for your purchase, otherwise, we risk the chance of not knowing it’s you!
Do my points expire?
Your points expire 12 months after your most recent purchase. If you continue to choose Lisa Eldridge, within a 12 month period, your points will stay active (as they expire 12 months after you most recent purchase).
How long does it take for my points to appear in my account?
After an order is placed, your points will be in an approval period for 14 days. While the points are pending, they can’t be used to redeem rewards. However, points earned from other efforts (like following Lisa’s social media accounts) will be rewarded immediately.
What happens if I return a product?
After an order is placed, your points will be in an approval period for 14 days. If a product is returned and we issue a refund, this will be reflected in your points balance and the points you earned from the purchase of returned product(s) will be removed.
Do I have to use my 5% discount straight away?
Not straight away, but it will expire after 6 months. Once you collect 300 points and redeem your 5% discount, you can use it on a purchase of your choice as long as it’s within 6 months from the time it was redeemed.
Can I collect points while I have my 5% discount code?
Yes. You will earn points on every purchase even if you have 5% discount code ready to use. However, you can only use one 5% discount code at a time.
Can I use multiple discount codes at a time?
No. Only 1 discount code can be used at a time.
How is my tier status determined?
Your tier is determined based on the level of spending in a 12 month period. As you spend, you’ll move through the tiers. Across all the tiers, you’ll be able to earn points to redeem for the 5% discount reward.
How can I move up a tier?
Customers who continually shop online move up tiers, and which tier you are in is dependent on your annual spend. As you spend, you’ll move through the tiers. Although the different tiers grant access to different benefits, across all the tiers, you’ll be able to earn points to redeem for the 5% discount reward.
Can I move down a tier?
Yes, your annual spend will determine your tier every year, so if you spend less than the year before, you’ll move down a tier. We’ll be sure to let you know if you’re at risk of moving down a tier!
What if I already follow Lisa before I join lisa&me?
You can earn points by confirming you are following Lisa and on all social channels. Simply head to the loyalty page when logged into your account, and click to follow Lisa on social media channels.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: There is a 14 day approval period after every purchase before your points are verified and deposited in your account. Check back within 14 days to see your approved balance post-purchase.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel or return a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled, or be subtracted from your current balance if your return is after the 14 day approval window).
I completed an activity but didn’t earn points.
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points; check back within 24 hours to see your updated balance.
Can I earn points or redeem discounts in-store?
No, lisa&me points, rewards and benefits only apply to shopping online directly on the Lisa Eldridge website.
Does lisa&me apply to Lisa Eldridge Jewels?
No, unfortunately at this time lisa&me points, rewards and benefits only apply to Lisa Eldridge Beauty and doesn’t include Lisa Eldridge Jewels.
