Dramatic Metallic Smokey Eyes

Gorgeous copper, silver, gold and bronze eye make-up was all over the runways at the fall/winter collections. Metallic shadows are a great way of adding interest to a basic smoky eye. Go for it with a strong metallic look or for a more subtle effect just add a quick dab at the inner corner for an instant evening/party look.

The dramatic runway version of the metallic smoke eye I’m creating in this video can be easily adapted to make it more wearable by further softening and blending the edges and substituting the black shadow base and pencil for grey, chocolate brown, silvery graphite or even dark olive green.

Have fun and I hope you enjoy watching! X
