hi, what lip pencil did you use? :) Loved this vid...you're very easy to listen to and very calm on camera. nice, will b watching your vids more. Learned about you from the Lipglossiping blog :)
Thank you very much for your videos. It was great to finally find a real professional and competent make up artist who gives useful advice... I've already put into practice some of your tips and I can see the results on my face!
@SIeeplessInBerlin Borjois have recently discontinued their cream shadows...its such a shame because they were so good and lasted forever. Bobbi Brown would be the nearest thing now. x
@annpchlr Thanks for all your great comments, glad the eyeliner worked out well for you too! The taupey brown colour I used is from Benefit. Its one of their matt shadows. I cant remember the name exactly now (this was quite a while ago) but I know they still do it. x
Hi Lisa, Your videos are SO helpful, thanks for sharing!
Could you please tell me the name of the Taupe-y eyeshadow; it looks like Bobbi Brown 'Taupe' (in the old packaging) to me, am I right? x
Really like this look!!very natural, and quick!what's the name of the eyeshadow from bourjois?
And secondly, one tip: 99% of times when I buy a mascara (mostly the volumizing and lenghtening ones) I end up with lashes that are clumped and all stick together, it looks horrible and unnatural!so I end up sticking to a defining mascara (currently i'm using iconic from dior)..any idea on how can I use a volumizing mascara so that i get volumized but still separated lashes??
Hi Lisa,
Whiich tinted lip balm did you use for this look?
Thanks!
p.s. loving your videos, I'm stuck in the house with a sprained ankle and working my way through each one.
I first came across you as a makeup artist on ten years younger, now iv found you on youtube im very happy as I thought you were great back then, your channel is like a beauty bible so handy and helpful, and id just like to echo one of the comments below a cleansing routine would be very handy, especially tips for oily skin as im not lucky enough to be flawless x
Thank you ilovlondon123, I may be well known as a make-up artist but I'm really new to you tube. Someone posted the original 4 vids for me over a year ago and I didn't think too much about it. However, now I'm properly here to stay and have loads more videos coming so hopefully people will eventually realise I'm here. I'm just editing a film about a shoot I did in next months Vogue. Spread the word for me! Lisa x
Hi Lisa!
This video is one of my favourites! Would be lovely to see you demonstrating your own personal cleansing routine and your everyday make-up look as your skin always looks flawless! X
